Standard recruitment policies and procedures are adopted ensuring high standards are maintained. Quality assurance starts at the beginning of the recruitment process, not at the end. Our qualified consultants meet on a weekly basis to share and discuss new and innovative recruitment methods as well as to review ongoing assignments and address any issues they may be facing. Many candidates are sourced via referrals from existing consultants in conjunction with local and national newspapers and Internet advertising campaigns. At all stages during this process the candidates are interviewed using a variety of methods including behavioral based interviewing techniques to ensure an in depth profile and suitability of the candidate is obtained.

To assist in the quality and performance of service conducted by DW People, quality checks exist at all points of the recruitment process.
